You can book a bulky waste collection if you need to recycle large household items.
We can remove up to 10 items in one visit.
Bulky waste collection prices
When you book a bulky waste collection, the online form will work out the total price for you. This is based on the price for each single item.
For the first three items, there is a minimum charge of £35.10. Each additional item is charged at £6.86 up to a maximum of ten items.
What counts as a single item
If your items have more than one part, such as a bed with a divan base, mattress and headboard, these count as separate items and will be charged separately. This also applies to multiple amounts of the same item.

Fee discounts
If the head of your household (the person(s) named on your Council Tax bill) is on a 'means tested' benefit, the service cost will be charged at 50% of the full fee.

Getting ready for a bulky waste collection
If you have steps leading to your property from the public footpath, place the items at the bottom of the steps, at pavement level.
Do not leave items:
- on the road
- more than 5 metres from where the collection vehicle can stop and safely access them
We will refuse to collect any items which could cause damage to the vehicle.
