To log in to My Services, you will need to use your:
- user name (this is usually your email address)
- password – the same one you entered when you created your account
You may be asked to reset your password.

- view details of your Council Tax account
- check balances and make payments
- set up direct debit to pay Council Tax
- register for paperless billing
- amend your direct debit bank account details
- make payments
- tell us you're moving
You can also manage your benefits online.

If you're new to Luton

If you have not told us you're a new resident liable for Council Tax, you can do this online. We'll update our records and send you a bill.
