12 monthly instalments are only available at the start of the tax year.
Any requests received part way through a financial year will be calculated based the number of instalments available to the end of the relevant financial year.
Your account must be up to date at the time of the request.
Future bills will then automatically default to 12 months until you advise otherwise or there is a change in your circumstances, which may affect your payments.
You will need to provide your Council Tax reference number to apply.
This option is only available if your account is not subject to any recovery action. However we may still be able to offer you an alternative repayment arrangement if you are struggling to pay your Council Tax.
