Capital, savings and investments
You must provide:
- evidence of all your and your partners’ capital or savings
- bank statements for each account you or your partner have, even if the account has no money in it
- provide a statement for every bank/building society you or your partners account, showing the full transactions for the two months before you claim benefit
Other capital or investment
You must provide evidence of any other capital or investments that you and your partner have, such as:
- bonds
- stocks or shares
- national savings certificates
- ISAs
- unit trusts
- premium bonds
- dividends
- other property
- land interest
If you have an interest in a property or land which is not where you live
We may need some more information about this property or land, before we can decide your claim. You can do this by completing a valuation of interest in property or land form.
