Before you apply, you should:
- register or log into your online account
- make sure you have all your supporting documents
Submit a new Council Tax Reduction
It should take between 10 minutes and 30 minutes to apply.

Second adult rebate
If you are of State Pension age and someone (other than your partner) aged over 18 lives with you, we may decide to award you a second adult rebate instead of a Council Tax Reduction.
