Once you have submitted a claim your answers cannot be changed.
If you wish to change any answers you will have to start your claim again.
After you have made your claim, you will receive a confirmation email with a claim evidence checklist attached. This claim evidence checklist contains a list of evidences you must provide before we can accept your claim.
Upload supporting evidence
If we have asked you to provide evidence to support your claim, upload them as soon as possible.

If you would like specific details of how your Council Tax Reduction was calculated, you can ask us for a Statement of Reason.
If you do not understand the decisions or if you disagree with it, you have several options available.
